My personal health philosophy is very simple-I feel my best when I am caring for my mind, body and spirit, while supporting it with healthy foods, exercise and mindfulness. It is my passion to help others find what makes them feel their best. As a certified health coach, I work with individuals and families on ways to live their healthiest life. Childhood, family, expectant mother and senior-aged nutrition varies greatly. I work with clients on their own individual needs. Educating and empowering themselves to feel their best in their bodies and live a healthy life. By helping my clients focus on the LEAN principles of Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude & Nutrition, they learn that starting small leads to big changes in their lives. When we become aware of how we live, move, think, and eat, we can prevent or reverse unnecessary sickness, disease, and unhealthy aging .
